If you don’t have your free trial code after 10-15 minutes, it probably got sent to your Spam/Junk or Promotions folder. Hotmail accounts almost always send our messages to Spam. Google/Gmail accounts usually send them to Promotions. The message comes from from: Dragonframe Support ([email protected]) with subject Dragonframe Free Trial Information.

We have some reports of the program crashing when attempting to access font information on Mac OSX. To resolve the issue: Launch the Font Book application in the Applications folder. Select Trebuchet MS in the Font list. Select Edit -> Resolve Duplicates. Restart Dragon Stop Motion.
If you are using a numeric keypad to control Dragonframe, make sure that Num Lock is On. Otherwise the key commands will be interpreted incorrectly.
