No. You must use Dragonframe 5 or newer, along with our free Dragonframe Tether on the phone, in order to use it as a capture device. In Dragonframe 4, we only supported iOS devices, because our tether application only supported USB tethering. That was not something we could do easily on Android devices. Dragonframe Tether
