Gargantuan achievement in animation! Acclaimed Director Dougal Wilson‘s orchestration of characters is nothing short of a symphony in stop motion. The fact that he originally studied astrophysics may be a factor. It also is always impressive when animators are able to maintain such a sense of warmth and spontaneity through such clearly arduous long hours of exacting and grueling effort. These things do matter in the final cut! This UK spot from Blink Productions for John Lewis insurance uses Dragonframe and the Arc Moco VOLO crane in the undertaking of this good stuff. From Director of Photography Toby Howell:

    1. We shot on multiple film cameras and DSLRs- on both spherical and anamorphic lenses, with Dragonframe supporting us via email and updates on a regular basis. I adjusted some shots for the

VOLO

which was the only multi axis rig we could get up into the hallways and bedrooms- we even had it mid way up the stairs on a custom platform. Thanks guys!

Thank you, Toby…Amazing work! – Dragon
