Dusty Deen animates his sketchbooks as a means of both archiving, and bringing to life. "A lot of my animation work is done on paper, usually on a small scale, and I was looking for a way to preserve it, so it didn’t just sit on a shelf."

“Strut is a short film that is the outcome of a workshop I led on July 8, 2023 for the Casa da Animação, in Porto, Portugal,” animator Lynn Tomlinson told us.

“It is our first test and experience ever in stop motion, so we were really excited,” he told us when we asked.
