We find that despite the scale of his masterful pieces, we may be deceived by the man’s seemingly “normal” size. The Itching / Diane Bellino & Adam Davies *Mature

Wednesday, January 18th, 2017

What could possibly go wrong with a shy wolf at a bunny house party in the middle of the woods? Not what you would expect. In this award winning short, we are “itching” to find out what could be troubling such an adorable animal. The dark foreboding woods translate as a metaphor for the mind of this troubled protagonist. She becomes lost and bewildered by her ailments, until a friend shows up and helps soothe her wounds. Lacking any kind of dialogue, we are still invited to empathize with the creatures; their fears, their passions, and the itches they can’t seem to scratch.
