A finely crafted and charming animated short coming out this month, by Emma De Swaef and Marc James Roels. The film is co-produced by Beast Animation, Vivement Lundi!, Polaris Film Productions and il Luster Films. Read further as Director Emma De Swaef graciously speaks with us about the production:
California born filmmaker, animator, sculptor and painter Allison Schulnik creates another textural masterpiece with ‘Mound,’ her sixth and most complex film to date. It follows ‘Forest‘ a music video for the band Grizzly Bear. ‘Mound’ was created solely by the artist and features over 100 hand-sculpted and sewn puppets.
